Allston Street Preservation Award

Last month The Narrow Gate was honored to receive a Preservation Award from the Cambridge Historical Commission for our work with Homeowner's Rehab, Inc. on 151-157 Allston Street, in Cambridge, MA. This project restored a six-family home destroyed in a nine-alarm fire to a new standard of energy efficiency, achieving LEED Platinum. We were excited last fall to share our success in the realm of sustainability (including a HERS rating of 29!) and now we're excited to receive this honor for the rest of our design.
