SBNDC Offices

South Boston Neighborhood Development Corporation (SBNDC)

The Narrow Gate designed this office/meeting space for non-profit developer SBNDC as part of it's larger Patriot Homes veterans housing project.  The new 1,000 sf office space occupies the historic patrol car and ambulance bay area of the former District 6 Police Station.   The design includes new office spaces, a meeting room, kitchenette, storage facilities and a loft for future office space and storage.  A polished concrete floor, exposed brick walls, simple lighting, and tall ceilings create a refined yet rustic environment - perfectly suited for this active non-profit CDC.
