Siding is going up at Coppersmith Village! Both at the midrise apartment building and the townhouses across the street. The townhouses started construction later, but they're catching up quickly.
Last year we posted photos of a series of projects photographed by Greig Cranna, including Pine Street Inn’s Kuehn House. This year we got him to come back for a longer shoot in the back yard. Here are a few of our favorite shots!
Tuesday marked the beginning of preliminary punchlisting of the midrise at Coppersmith Village. It wasn't the ideal weather for running around the top floor of an un-conditioned building (95 degrees in the shade), but we thought the views made up for it. If you're interested in renting, you can check with NOAH for which units have that view of the skyline!
We found this recent Boston Globe article entertaining. The pictured doorway belongs to St. Paul’s, a historic, affordable housing development owned by the Cambridge Housing Authority, with whom we’re currently working to provide envelope and accessibility improvements. We happened to take a similar photo just a few feet away in 2017! I wonder if it was the same bird.
We've been posting semi-regular updates about Coppersmith Village on our social media platforms, but if you're ever interested in more information, you might try checking out our builder's website! Tocci does a series on their own blog sharing updates from their construction projects, and there are some great photos of the midrise coming along. It looks just like our BIM model! Except much more green.
